If your friends always wonder how you have so much energy and at the same time you're great at handling paperwork and paying attention to details, we'd love to meet you! We're looking for someone with a spark, someone clever, quick on their feet, and sociable, to join us in our office in the old town of Krakow. You'd help us out with everyday office stuff, paperwork, and basic accounting.

What you will take on:

  • Paperwork management, including contracts and onboarding documents;
  • Administration of HR platforms;
  • Benefits management;
  • Supporting the maintenance and organization of communal office areas;
  • Providing support to the HR team for ad-hoc activities;
  • Basic accounting tasks like incoming/outgoing invoices, timesheet handling.


What you already have:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Independence in action;
  • Availability between 9:00 - 17:00;
  • Proficiency in English B2/C1;
  • Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • High personal etiquette.
